Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoTokenMaker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoTokenMaker provides a web-based interface for deploying custom tokens on public blockchains (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Solana, Polygon, Optimism, Linea, Avalanche and Scroll). The Service is non-custodial — all transactions are executed directly from your own wallet, and we never have access to your private keys or funds.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

4. Service Fees

Using the Service requires paying a service fee (collected by our smart contract) plus blockchain network gas fees. Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. All fees are:

  • Non-refundable — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
  • Separate from gas — network gas fees are paid directly to blockchain validators, not to us.
  • Subject to change — service fees may be updated at any time; the current fee is always shown on the page.

5. Non-Custodial Nature

The Service is entirely non-custodial. This means:

  • We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
  • We cannot initiate, reverse, or modify any transaction on your behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
  • Tokens you create are owned by your wallet address at the time of deployment.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You will not use the Service to create tokens intended to defraud, mislead, or harm others.
  • You will not create tokens that impersonate established projects, brands, or individuals.
  • You are solely responsible for the token you create, including its legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Service or its smart contracts.
  • You understand that creating a token does not guarantee it will have any market value.

7. Smart Contract Risk

Blockchain smart contracts are immutable once deployed. While our factory contracts have been designed with security in mind, all smart contracts carry inherent risk. You acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee the security or performance of tokens created through the Service.
  • Bugs or exploits in your token contract are not our responsibility.
  • Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or other technical issues outside our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoTokenMaker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of tokens, or loss of data.

10. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token is a technical action, not an investment recommendation. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

The CryptoTokenMaker interface, design, and content are owned by us. Tokens you deploy are owned by you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for lawful purposes.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
