Berachain is an EVM-identical layer-1 built around Proof of Liquidity. Your token is a standard ERC-20, and gas is paid in BERA, the chain's gas and staking token. Numbers below come from the chain itself on 26 and 27 Oct 2026.
| Network | Berachain, chain ID 80094 |

| Gas coin | BERA |

| Add to wallet | Connecting on this page asks your wallet to switch to Berachain and adds the network if it is missing. |

| Service fee | 57 BERA, read from the factory's fee() |
| Network gas | Set mostly by the priority tip, which swings a lot: roughly 0.07–0.8 BERA at the 50–500 gwei tips the public RPC suggested on 26–27 Oct 2026. The base fee was 1 gwei, so without a tip it would be about 0.0015 BERA. |
On 26 Oct 2026 the Berachain base fee sat at 1 gwei, so the base cost of creating a token (about 1.5 million gas) was only around 0.0015 BERA. The tip is what decides the real cost. The tip the public RPC suggested moved from 300 gwei that afternoon to 500 gwei in the evening and about 50 gwei the next morning, so a wallet that followed the suggestion charged anywhere from roughly 0.07 to 0.8 BERA in gas. Check the network fee line before you confirm. Most wallets let you change the tip in their advanced gas settings, though a very low tip can take longer to confirm.
To fund the wallet, buy BERA on an exchange that supports withdrawals on the Berachain network. That is usually simpler than bridging. If you do bridge, use a bridge linked from Berachain's official docs and send a small test first, because fake bridge sites are a common trap. Keep about 59 BERA: 57 for the service fee plus a gas reserve, because before your wallet opens this page checks that you can pay the gas at the currently suggested tip.
BEX is Berachain's native DEX and uses full-range pools. Kodiak runs two exchanges: V2, a full-range design based on Uniswap V2, and V3 with concentrated liquidity. If your token has a Tax, put it in a Kodiak V2 pool. Concentrated (V3) pools don't support transfer taxes.
Don't count on Proof of Liquidity to fund your pool. Since the PoL Next upgrade in July 2026, PoL rewards are paid in WBERA instead of BGT, and only reward vaults that governance has whitelisted receive them. A new token's pool earns trading fees and nothing more until a vault for it is approved, so plan your opening liquidity on that basis. If you are launching a community or meme coin, our meme coin guide covers naming, supply and first holders.
Team.Finance also supports Berachain. When we checked on 27 October 2026, its token creation page advertised token minting with no platform charge, so you pay gas only. Our fee here is 57 BERA, the same with or without Mintable, Tax or Blacklist. The token cost guide compares chains.
Creating your ERC-20 token costs the Berachain network gas fee plus a small one-time service fee (about 57 BERA). There are no subscriptions or hidden charges.
None at all. The generator deploys a standard, open-source ERC-20 contract for you from our factory. You simply choose the name, symbol, supply and optional features, then click deploy.
Completely. The deployment is non-custodial — we never hold your keys, and you are the sole owner of the contract. By default no mint, tax or blacklist powers are enabled, and you can renounce ownership at any time to make the token fully immutable.
Under two minutes. After you approve the transaction in your wallet, your token deploys instantly and appears on Berascan right away.
Yes. Your token works with standard wallets and DEXs on Berachain. If you turned on Tax, use a V2-style pool; concentrated-liquidity (V3) pools don't support transfer taxes.
Because of the priority tip. Creating a token needs about 1.5 million gas, which costs only about 0.0015 BERA at the 1 gwei base fee we read on 26 Oct 2026. But the tip the public RPC suggests swings a lot: 300 to 500 gwei on 26 Oct and about 50 gwei the next morning, which put the gas anywhere from roughly 0.07 to 0.8 BERA. The fee shown in your wallet is what you pay, and most wallets let you change the tip in their advanced gas settings. Keep about 59 BERA so the balance check on this page passes even when the suggested tip is high.
Not automatically. PoL rewards, paid in WBERA since the July 2026 upgrade, go only to reward vaults that governance has whitelisted. Until a vault for your pool is approved, liquidity providers earn trading fees only.
