How to add Optimism to MetaMask

In MetaMask open Settings → Networks → Add network → Add manually and enter:

• Currency symbol: ETH

You need a little ETH on the Optimism network. Withdraw ETH from an exchange on Optimism, or bridge from Ethereum.
